He is one of the Competency Based Training and Assessment professional in Bangladesh. He has experience in Capacity Development and Assessment (UNDP and SKILL development Structure), Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector development, developing industry lead/ industry competency based training program.
As an ICT Consultant, He worked with various organizations like World Bank associated with Arits, Graphics Arts Institute to provide training on ICT training, IT Infrastructure Management, Web Design and Development, Graphics Design etc.
He was quite successful in implementing some of the best practices in Administration, HR and Training. He has finer experience in training need analysis, designing and development of course content, and delivering trainings.
