About Me

Hi I am Khan Mohammad Mahmud Hasan (KMMHASAN). I am currently working as National Consultant at ILO (International Labour Organization). I am facilitator and training coordinator here.

Previous experiences in Human Resources & Administration industry chip in to become a trainer and administration and build the passion towards Training & Organization Development. I was quite successful in implementing some of the best practices in Administration, HR and Training. I have finer experience in training need analysis, designing and development of course content, and delivering trainings. Learning modules are designed & developed from time to time, based on the ever changing business needs. I always trust in pre & post training assessment and hence provides developmental plan to the participants.

I am also a Web Consultant & SEO Specialist. Yet working in the Bangladeshi contest. I am good enough at link building services, Submission service to multiple search engines , keyword selections and many more…..

I strongly believe in experiential learning customized to business needs and uses various interventions like video mirroring, hand-holding exercises, role plays, games and activities best suited to adult learning method. Also, have experience in out-bound training programs like Team Building, Team Work, and Leadership.

What is my future thinking?

Almost all of my friend ask me this question. I have one answer for those who has interest! in my future thinking, I want to be a professor in a renowned university as I know I have many things to give the students to develop their career and their knowledge. I have decided to do that when I will complete my MBA and the I will do phd on lecture delivery techniques.
